My top three for this week:
3.) A beautiful long bike ride filled with conversation with God and abundant blessings.
2.) My dad telling me on the phone how much he’s enjoying my novel and how proud he is of me. (Do we ever outgrow the need for and joy of our parents’ approval?)
1.) A youtube video brought to my attention by my blogging friend, Marie, that totally supports my decision to take a partial leave of absence from electronics. Watch here. (Thank you Marie.)
“Happiness cannot be traveled to, owned, earned, worn or consumed. Happiness is the spiritual experience of living every minute with love, grace, and gratitude.” -Denis Waitley
What are you grateful for this week?
And now it’s back off to Camp! 🙂
1. books coming in the mail and UPS. :O)
2. a bountiful crop of tomatoes
3. a cool evening breeze after a sweltering day.

Oh! These are wonderful! I have one tomato plant that has only yielded three small green tomatoes so far. 🙂

You’re right Rhonda, you never outgrow the joy of hearing your parent’s approval. I’m so happy for you to hear this out loud! Your novel was a blessing to read and such an accomplishment. (We writers know the mountain you conquered to finish that.)
And I count that video as one of my blessings too.
And lastly, that camp picture is so serene and peaceful. ~ perfect one to write by.
You are a blessing in my life! :0) Marie
